Monthly Luncheons

        Our monthly luncheons are held on the last Wednesday of every month, except for the combined November/December luncheon.  Lunch service begins at NOON and the program begins at 12:15. The luncheons are held at the Hilton Suites, 10 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ.   

        Reservations and cancellations must be made no later than noon on the Monday before the luncheon. No-shows and cancellations after the reservation deadline will be billed. The cost is $10.00 for law students, $20.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members.

            To find out about our upcoming lunches, click on the Event Calendar, which will show all upcoming AWLA events.   You can also register through the event calendar and pay by credit card (although we also still accept checks at the door).

        Please indicate if you want the vegetarian alternative when making reservations. We cannot honor vegetarian alternative requests at the door.

LUNCHEON POLICY UPDATE!

You must register to attend the luncheon by noon on the Monday before the luncheon.  If you miss the deadline, you may show up at the luncheon as a walk-in.  Walk-ins must pay the regular fee but are not guaranteed meal service.  Walk-ins may be served a meal if extra meals are made available by no-shows.  We will hold the meals for the RSVPs until 12:15 p.m.  After that time, if meals are available, walk-ins will be served lunch.  Available meals will be served to walk-ins on a first come/first served basis, so make sure that your name makes it on to the WALK-IN LIST!
